Chris Guillou
CEO & Founder
Chris received his Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering. He spent 10 years in Engineering industry, rising quickly through the ranks while gaining valuable insight into construction, development, property management, and energy conservation. Utilizing this experience, Chris and his wife, Meghan, started CMG Venture Group in 2016, a company specializing in real estate acquisitions, property management, and commissioning. They refinanced their house and utilized their equity to begin investing in the world of real estate. Chris went on to get his certifications in commissioning and energy management. Chris's knowledge, vision and intuition are utilized everyday, creating the cornerstone for CMG to grow and thrive in the NYC real estate market.
Meghan Brown
COO & Co-Founder
Meghan recieved her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising from CUNY Baccalaureate. She spent several years in hospitality, while building her marketing/advertising portfolio with numerous freelance projects. Meghan's dream was to travel the world, but a nine to five didn't allow her the flexibilty needed to live this life. So in 2016, Meghan quit her job and started CMG Venture Group with her husband. She began taking courses to become a real estate agent, and within a month, she had a license and was selling apartments in NYC. By the end of 2016, Meghan was locating deals and finding properties to invest in, designing the rehabs/renovations, and ultimately laying the groundwork for CMG to flourish. She continues to be integral part of the company, and most importantly, she continues to satisfy her wanderlust.
